ORDERS + DELIVERY

FREE delivery on all orders over $100

Orders are usually packed and sent out within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders are sent via Australia Post from our Perth WA location. Delivery usually takes 2-6 business days (1-3 business days for express), depending on your location. Rural and regional areas can take a little longer.

Delivery Costs:

Orders over $100 - FREE

Orders under $100 - $10 flat rate

Express - $15 flat rate (FREE on orders $150+)

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. We will then lovingly prepare and pack your item/s, ready for their new home. If you do not receive an order confirmation email at the time of placing your order, please contact us. 

When we have sent out your order and it's on it's way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery via the AusPost 'Track an Item' service.

Please contact us if you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order (be sure to check your spam/junk folder!).

PLEASE NOTE: At times there may be unexpected delays, especially in peak periods or during sale events, so please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only, based on information provided by Australia Post, and do not include processing and packing time. Sometimes there may be unexpected delays in the delivery network that are out of our control. If you have not received your parcel within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your full name and order number and we will happily investigate on your behalf.
