RETURNS - ONLINE ORDERS
We want you to love your EVELEE Boutique pieces. So if something's not quite right, don't worry, you have 14 days to send it back to us.
We understand shopping online means you haven't been able to see, feel and try on your selected pieces before purchase. For this reason, all full-priced online purchases are refundable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM/S:
1. Read the eligibility criteria outlined on this returns page.
2. Email us at contact@eveleeboutique.com.au with your full name, order number, and the details of your return request (please allow up to 1 business day for us to respond).
3. Use the information we have emailed you to send back your return at a local post office - done! (Remember to post it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order!)
To be eligible for a REFUND:
- The item must be a full-price item, purchased from our online store
- The item must be returned to us within the specified timeframe via trackable post with proof of return post provided
- The item must be in original condition with all it's original tags attached
- The item must not be worn, damaged, laundered, or altered in any way
- The item must be free of any odours or soiling (including make up and fake tan stains, dirty marks, pet hair, body odour, perfume/deodorant/detergent smells)
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale, at a special promotional price, or with a discount code are able to be returned for store credit only. Items marked FINAL SALE are unable to be returned.
To be eligible for return, all sale items (excluding final sale items) must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt, in original condition with all tags attached (unworn, undamaged, unlaundered, or unaltered), and be free of any odours or soiling, including make up and fake tan stains, dirty marks, pet hair, body odour, perfume/deodorant/detergent smells.
All items returned to EVELEE Boutique are inspected upon receipt. Any return that fails to comply with the above criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges via our online store. We can only accommodate 'exchanges' via placing a new order using your refund or store credit to purchase the alternative size or style you desire. Please detail this in your returns request email so that we can best assist you with fulfilling your exchange.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Alternatively, you can return your online purchase by visiting us in-store for your choice of either an exchange or store credit.
To return your online purchase in-store, please bring your item/s in their original condition (unworn/undamaged/unlaundered/unaltered and with tags still attached), along with your proof of purchase. If you are wanting to exchange for a specific size or style, we recommend checking ahead of your visit to avoid disappointment. Exchanges and credits are to the value of the item paid, and do not include any post costs.

RETURNS INFO
- We are unable to offer change of mind returns on items of a personal nature. This includes; jewellery, headwear and hair accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, activewear/leggings, booby tape/nipple covers, etc.
- We highly recommend returning your item/s using trackable post and retaining your tracking number, as we cannot process returns that are not received. We cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.
- We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of physically receiving the item/s back to us, however, at times there may be delays.
- In the case of a refund, the refunded amount will be processed back to the original payment method/s used to place the order. If you have used a combination of card/PayPal/store credit/gift card, then your credit/s will be re-issued and your payment/s refunded.
- You will be notified when your refund has been processed on our end. Please allow sufficient time for your financial institution to process the funds on your end.
- In the case of a store credit, the refunded amount will be issued via email in the form of a credit voucher that can be used during checkout on future purchase/s made at EVELEE Boutique.
- Store credit has no expiry date.
- Refunds and credits are to the value of the item/s only, and do not include delivery and return postage costs. You will be refunded/credited the amount you originally paid less the cost of any applicable postage.
FAULTY ITEMS
We carefully inspect and pack every order with love before it is sent to you. In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please email us asap so that we can immediately investigate the issue.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, EVELEE Boutique is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. We provide refunds on full-priced items at our own discretion. To ensure we can continue offering our valued customers refunds, anyone deemed to be abusing our refund policy will be denied future service.
