We carefully inspect all of our items to ensure you receive something you will love! In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please:

  • Let us know ASAP so we can immediately investigate and help to fix the issue as quickly as possible!
  • Send us an email at contact@eveleeboutique.com.au with your order number and a description + photos of the fault, or bring it back to show us in-store
  • All faults will be assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a repair/replacement or exchange/store credit/refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law
  • Items with damage caused whilst in the possession of the customer cannot be deemed faulty, and cannot be returned


In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, EVELEE Boutique is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size, or change your mind.

If there is a minor fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace where available. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer your choice of exchange, store credit, or refund. 

In the case of a refund, the refunded amount will be processed back to the original payment method/s used to place the order. If you have used a combination of card/PayPal/store credit/gift card, then your credit/s will be re-issued and your payment/s refunded. 

You will be notified when your refund has been processed on our end. Please allow sufficient time for your financial institution to process the funds on your end.
