Listed prices on EVELEE Boutique are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, in the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, we reserve the right to correct and/or change the price of the item at any time. EVELEE Boutique reserves the right to modify the information on this site, and the products and services described therein, at anytime without notice.
We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all our products. While every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments/accessories, due to variations in lighting and device screens, we cannot guarantee exact accuracy. If we have significantly misrepresented a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product, a store credit, or refund.
All orders placed will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirmation does not comprise a contract. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, insufficient/incorrect stock inventory, or any other reason deemed appropriate by EVELEE Boutique. If a declined/cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customer, a refund will be issued to the customers original payment method/s.
Free shipping offer is only valid on orders totalling $100 or more, after any applied discounts and not including shipping costs.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post may elect to leave your parcel in a safe place. EVELEE Boutique cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed as a result of Australia Post handling and delivery. EVELEE Boutique cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed as a result of incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or as a result of any specific delivery instructions left by the customer.
We are not required to offer a refund for change of mind purchases. We reserve the right to deny any return received outside of the specified time frame and not in line with our eligibility criteria. Our refund policy does not infringe on your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To ensure we can continue to offer all our customers benefits such as free delivery and refundable returns, people who are deemed to be abusing our policies will be denied future service.
